This is the biggest issue I keep trying to get across to people here in the UK.
Safeguards can ALWAYS be removed.
And this AD bill here voted during the committee stage to remove safeguards for non terminal disabilities like anorexia, diabetes, Down’s syndrome and autism. No AD bill solely for terminally ill people ever needs to do that and yet it’s exactly what they did.
If this bill gets through the door, we will follow the same route as MAID and that in the Netherlands
