@AllyCare AGAIN will not allow me to transfer my money and would not send me to the fraud department when asked bc my "account is restricted". Training customer service to openly commit bank fraud is crazy work. Reporting to @FDICgov and NC AG office, again.

Paid off my Tesla lease with @AllyFinancial on Mar 19. 27th Mar @Tesla locked me out of my own car because Ally is somehow the owner during transfer. No warning this would happen. No solution from either company. Filed CFPB complaint. #AllyFinancial #Tesla #ConsumerRights

@allybank looks good on paper but in the end horrible for the "actions speak louder than words" type. Drawn to their savings and investments programs, opened an account with a 3k eDeposit. Communication, initiative must be yours, is poor. Marketing is fabulous. Operations...meh.
