@Discover I waited on hold for over an hour and then your app logged me out and I lost my position. I've had tremendous trouble logging into my account via PC for several months now and the month I can't login at all and missed a payment. I only just discovered that the app works

@Discover I opened a dispute for a charge where the company failed to honor a warranty and completely stopped responding. I was told this would be handled. Now months later, I’m still dealing with this with no resolution and no real support. extremely frustrating —unfair

@Discover needs to do a better job of letting you know what specific type of card you have. I have the Discover It card but there are different versions of It and nowhere on the app, online portal or the card itself does it tell you.

@Discover You should call your card MOLASSES cause no one can be slower. How darn hard is it to FIX my acct? I OVERPAID you by $10,000. THAT is not peanuts is it? NO wonder you are taking your time. REFUND my money will ya? I need it. I was NEVER late in YOUR dam payments.
