Never purchase merchandise with your @Discover card. If the merchant doesn’t deliver what you ordered. Discover won’t dispute the transaction. Best use another card

@Discover i hope the changes are my card will actually fucking work. I cant tell you how often i cant get money from an a ATM or my card doesn't work in places it did before Captital One decided to change to stupid Discover card.

After 0ver 30 years we canceled our @Discover Card. My wife got scammed. We went through the process and they sided with the scammers in China. It wasn't about the amount; it was that they clearly didn't investigate the claim because we had total proof!

@Discover I love you. However, please go back to letting me view all of my transactions up to my last payment simply by scrolling online and the app. I don't know why it was changed but it is very frustrating trying to go through statements to make sure my balance adds up...

@Discover My mother received information about Discover card's transition to @CapitalOne in her email inbox. I never received these message in the inbox of my Hotmail/Outlook webmail account although I check my Junk Email folder for any spam (aka scam emails).

@Discover I already called the customer service number. I was told that @Discover doesn’t dispute merchandise debit card transactions. I have to contact the merchant. Discover doesn’t protect customers from fraudulent merchants.

Never use your @Discover debit card to purchase merchandise. If you don’t receive the items you can’t dispute with them. You have to contact the company that’s ignoring your emails.
