@Bigalanh5 £400 a night barely covers the upkeep love. We're not a hotel. It's our family home. Cleaner, council tax, wear and tear. Least you can do is strip the beds, restock the tea and coffee, and hoover through before you leave. Not much to ask.

I had to charge £200 for extra cleaning on our Cornwall Airbnb this week. £400 a night and look what they did. Wine rings on the slate. Cups everywhere. A candle burnt to nothing. In our day you left a place better than you found it. Now they walk away like it's a hotel.
