The changes certainly haven’t helped, but those 11 players who started today should have at least been competitive. Fair play to Preston, they’ve wanted it more and battered us all over the pitch. Gutted that we’ve blown a great opportunity to get to the quarters.

As good as it is having new, younger faces in, we're down on numbers from last season and are £33M in profit based on transfers in and out this year, before Cornet goes. I'd expected significantly more for start of season given the window has been open 7 weeks #twitterclarets
