It’s only recently I’ve really appreciated how toxic late 90s/early 2000s diet culture was. My pet hate is food moralising - “good” or “bad” food, or worse, the reason a whole actual person is “good” or “bad”. Eg: “I’m so bad for eating this [perfectly valid food]” 😭
