it takes courage to recognize some things are bigger than you and i and an almost otherworldly strength to act accordingly

we hold on with tender ferocity hope deferred, a palpable ache #ThePhotoHour #hope

today there's a palpable lump in our throats a kind of collective sadness may we channel our grief into sheer grit and get to work

there came a day she let go of the frightened little girl carrying all that pain and on that day, she skipped wide-eyed with wonder into the world

he cradles a baby hummingbird whispering gentle affirmations of unconditional love only the broken can hear and somewhere in time her fragile heart skips a beat

With every hug, I hope to reach the places in her heart that words can't, to heal the wounds that eyes can't see, and to give her soul a place where it can breathe and mend
