Ash (My hermes agent) on steroids He reviews while I'm having a tea, driving or on a call. Soft update after building PR review personality, He now picks PRs as soon as they ready for review. (Any human comment to reason about, re reviewing fixed things, asking again to fix)

24 x 7 PR review agent built for anything we build at Wizzy.ai . It saves 90% of the reviewers time which is collectively 4 hours a day.

1/8 From Manual PR Review → AI-Assisted Review → Agentic Review A few days in, and Ash is already lifting the heavy work.

8/8 This is where it starts getting exciting. Next: Agentic Development.

7/8 Attached screenshot: 4 PRs reviewed in around 13 minutes. This would usually take me close to 1.5 hours. Yes, I’m that picky. :)

6/8 The agent now finds flaws, verifies them, understands human replies, reasons through explanations, asks counter-questions, and resolves previously raised review points.

5/8 So we built an agent personality to handle this workflow end-to-end. Not just “review the diff.” But understand the PR, reason through the context, and keep the review moving.

4/8 This is still manageable when there are only a couple of PRs to review. But over the last few months, I’ve been reviewing at least 5 PRs a day. That adds up quickly.

3/8 Then came the deeper part: Validate developer replies. Ask follow-up questions. Challenge assumptions. Deny weak answers. Close the loop properly.

2/8 After we started using Codex for PR reviews, I still had to manually open each repo, check out branches, understand what changed, and decide what needed review.

First day of Hermes and it's so easy and flawless to setup and start running. PS: Tried OpenClaw earlier with awful experience. Already half way configuring it for PR review Agent with our workflow.

WE ARE SO BAAAACK! Man why didn't I listen the Hermes propaganda before. This is the closest (even better) it's ever been from OpenClaw x Opus 4.6. I asked: Analyze my Stripe through API and give me a full report → First setup that got the numbers right 1st try. Complete SEO audit from Google search console. → Asked me to add Google oauth and gave me the best report I ever had. Give me a complete cannibalization + removal urls strategy. → Now I just have to send this to @borjafat and Distribb will rank above Google's logo. Asked a personal quesion / his point of view on what I am building. → He knows exactly what I am working on and what to prioritize. FINALLY gode my best assistant back. This is awesome. He didn't flinch once. Didn't make one mistake. Didn't struggle or asked question. Went straight to execute and delivered the perfect reports. How I did that: - I asked my OpenClaw to add all the files and everything we built together on Obsidian. - Installed Hermes on same Mac Mini - It auto detected OpenClaw and asked me if I wanted to migrate (I said yes). - Did same setup: Codex (GPT 5.5) + Telegram. - First task: Analyze Obsidian files entirely to get the whole ocntext. Then it was back to where I left OpenClaw. It took me 15min max. SO HAPPY about it

So I did it → migrated to Hermes x 5.5 Let's see if it's worth it.

We’re still early in this journey, and there’s a lot to learn, refine, and improve. But this is the kind of shift that feels inevitable. Exciting times ahead for us at Wizzy.ai & Build.

I honestly never thought I’d be hiring a PA. But things change fast. Today, I introduced my new PA to the team. His name is Ash, and he’s here to help me plan, build, and scale Wizzy.ai. Except, in this case, PA = Personal Agent. :)
