The Noise Between Worlds is based on true events. The visions at the heart of the story are drawn directly from a real episode of psychosis I lived through during my years of active addiction. It was traumatic, but it didn’t leave a scar the way some of the others did. For a long time I didn’t know how to feel about it; it was like a dream or a nightmare that felt more like waking reality. I was left speechless. Writing this book has been fruitful and productive. It gave me a way to finally put into words something that felt too strange to process for years. 土日ルーティンの早朝13キロランニング、今日も完走。 ランニングマシンだと同じ距離は走れないのに、外だと不思議とやり切れる。 理由は、外には“走りたくなる要素”が揃ってるから。 - 新鮮な空気 - 変わり続ける景色 - 同じ道でも毎回ちがう発見 ジム＝健康... だけじゃない。 お金をかけなくても体は鍛えられるし、五感まで研ぎ澄まされていく。 外を走るって、ただの運動じゃなくて生きてる実感を取り戻す行為なんだと思う。 さ、日曜日はじめますか！

Lift them up. Your simple act of brotherhood might be exactly what keeps someone from breaking.

Stop comparing yourself to outliers. Social media shows you the highlights of the top 1%. Which is very unrealistic and not even their real life. It's ok to need some time to figure it out. Just find what you love to do and do it for a decade. That's how real people succeed.

The biggest lesson I learned from my father is that money isn’t inherently evil. In fact, it can be a powerful tool for nobility when paired with good character and the right intent. He taught me this through real estate, where I also learned what being a fiduciary really means; and it felt deeply rewarding. Intent means everything. Thanks, Dad. 😊

I’m genuinely excited to release the Second Edition of my first book. My first book was never a polished novel. It was, and still is, my personal testimony: a straight-to-the-point account of surviving narcissistic abuse, battling drug addiction, confronting the deepest pain I’d ever known, and learning how to heal, day by stubborn day. Since the original release I’ve written more stories, walked more valleys, and spent real time reflecting on what actually helped me survive and start rebuilding. I took those hard-won lessons and poured them back into these pages. The testimony feels stronger now; more polished in its honesty, clearer in its hope, and grounded in the faith that’s been my anchor through it all. Healing isn’t a neat bow. It’s ongoing.
