I removed noodles completely from my meal. I dey avoid bread like mad. I introduced freshly squeezed fruit drinks into my day. Eight hours of sleep and 30 min walk and 500 skips daily. I eat once a day, snack on fruits and meat. I drink water alot. A cup of Zobo daily I lost 8kg. Discipline is key
