@giusecicorella I am writing to seek clarification regarding several real estate properties that appear to be legally held by one of your companies, AE Property One LLC. In particular, properties such as 3469 Martin Luther King Jr Dr, Cleveland, OH 44104, and 4315 E 119th St, Cleveland, OH 44105 have been listed and sold on the RealT platform. However, according to county records, these properties still appear to be registered under your company. I would therefore like to understand whether these properties were indeed sold by you, or whether RealT may have offered and sold these assets on its platform without holding proper ownership. Additionally, I have identified several inconsistencies across publicly available documents. For example, the property located at 2953 E 120th St, Cleveland, OH 44120 — which is currently listed on RealT and sold to multiple investors via the platform — is recorded as having been sold by you (through one of your companies, House Rent and Go Six LLC) to AFL Estate LLC. This information does not appear to align with the details presented on the RealT platform. I would also appreciate clarification regarding your relationship, if any, with Mr. Remy Jacobson and Mr. Jean-Marc Jacobson. Based on publicly available information, including your biography on X, you are reportedly based in Boca Raton, which is also where RealT is headquartered, and you appear to be active in the Cleveland real estate market, similar to the Jacobsons. I want to emphasize that I am not making any assumptions, but simply seeking a clear and accurate understanding of the situation given these overlapping elements and discrepancies. 2/2 Uses 3 and 4 provide a return. Waku is currently at $0.01. By being early adopters, calculating returns based on various strategies for Waku use by its investors sometimes yields APY returns of three figures (assuming a stable Waku price) and ideally four figures.
