8/8 A limited (or non existent) tech staff a burnt out community and now a proactive competitor storming into the market is likely to sink a ship that with the current owner at the helm seemed destined to fail from the outset, leaving a community holding hefty bags in its wake.

7/8 This project in essence was always going to be a slow rug. A general but fundamental misunderstanding of the market and an inability to change with the times led to the project slowing to a crawl.
