I was taken to court 😭 Because the customer didn’t opt out of insurance, and along the line, the laptop got missing. She accused me and DHL of conniving to scam her 😭 She took both me and DHL to court. Thank God for our chats and all the evidence. She won the case, and DHL paid ₦7M in damages. The court cleared me because I wasn’t at fault. This business ehn, have learnt a lot .if you want to go outside insurance You go talk am for WhatsApp oh and I go keep am.
