@fannaddy7 I was in critical care for anorexia, intubated and everything, and I was allowed my phone. There are special scenarios which allow people ther phones. (I was in critical care for 3 months, and then sent to psych ward. Both times had my phone.)

Just to let you know, psychiatric wards would NEVER allow phones. No matter how you beg, the doctor would never allow it.

Anyone got a feeding tube? I am unintentionally skinny (BMI: 13) I’m not like u anorexic bitchs I just hate eating - got 0 appetite & I’m tired of forcing myself to eat, so I’m thinking of asking my doctor for a feeding tube, is this a bad idea? I need a reality check. #edtwt

@alphisterr I hate eating but I’m trying to gain weight, been trying for a year now and just so tired of making shakes and fortisips I was 40kg two years ago now I’m 42kg (176cm height) so im thinking of asking my doctor for one, they never offered it to me I want to reach 17bmi

When it comes out you taste your stomach acid since it was in your stomach and goes up your throat otherwise it’s fine

@sensitivedoors Nahh real I got anorexia through an auto immune illness that makes me feel pain from eating and gives me zero appetite- it can make your nose bleed (but I got it multiple times) and if it’s cold you can feel the tube in your body. But the worst part is getting it in/ out

@daiintyk1tty Idk apparently when you starve your legs retain water eventually… but fight through it and then eat to maintain your weight at whatever point and it should get better? You might be imagining it… either way skinny is the goal there ain’t much you can do it about rn :’)

arfid put me in the psych hospital the same way anorexia and bulimia do for other people but haha it's funny that people's brains make them irrationally terrified and compulsively avoidant of random foods to the point they're forced to live off food without the required nutrients

help me my GRANDFATHER had a “meeting “ with my mum, dad and sister about my anorexia and suggests if I don’t gain weight they should take me straight to the hospital, throw all my protein powders out and weigh me monthly?? HELLO WHAT IS THIS SHIT IM GOING TO CRU
