@jessegenet I went to school in England ... a long time ago. In the freezing winter, they hosed the slight slope between class buildings all night and we ran, skidded, fell and had fun. They also organised team snowball fights on the games fields, with the teachers ! @thedragonschool

I once saw a large printed sign at school playground with "Rules for Tag" that stated 'a teacher must be involved' and 'no teams' and a list of other such total nonsense... There are a lot of reasons I'm not sending my kids to a 'normal' school but this is on the list

I wrote this memo because I think most companies are still looking at AI agents through the wrong lens. Assistant. Worker. Productivity tool. Useful, yes. But not the real shift. The more interesting question is what happens when agents are constituted at executive level — Commercial, Operations, Strategy, Technical, Chief of Staff — with domain ownership, cadence, memory, escalation rules, and authority to generate work, not just execute prompts. For small and founder-led companies, this may be the first practical way to close the strategic capability gap without hiring a full executive team. Not magic. Not “AI employees”. @GenVagula In French, "Comité de Direction" is an "Executive Committee", absolutely not a "Board of Directors" or "Conseil d'Administration" which is composed of "administrateurs", i.e. "directors" - those elected by shareholders, not Director or Senior Director type under the VP ... 🙃

@GenVagula One note @GenVagula on vocabulary : Americans, French and probably Estonians give a different meaning to "director/directeur/direktor ?", so I am using the assistant tier "executive" instead of "director". I reserve "director" for human members of the "Board of Directors".
