@virginmedia You get though to a named agent who is about to help, then it goes right back to the start and you have to enter all your details in again (I.e as if you have just opened the chat service)

@virginmedia I have been using your online chat for 3 h and been disconnected 4 times. I appreciate times are tough but this is awful service

@virginmedia Yes but the conversations get disconnected as soon as I get to someone useful? You need to look at the service, it doesn’t work. I will call but I am very unhappy with the service I have had, irrespective of how busy you are

@virginmedia I’ve done it again. And guess what? Got ‘transferred’ to a department that would help and no one is there. Really awful.

@virginmedia I was on the service for 4 h in total and ended up giving up. I haven’t been contacted since then by Virgin regarding this

@virginmedia When I moved into my property the security and routing of the external cable for broadband was very poor. The connection from the road is also insecure. I need Virgin to come out and secure all wiring to walls adding extension to existing wiring if necessary.
