@oligilpin @LouixGilpin sorry to say it but you are such a joke. the thumbnail is completely fine. he took your concept and redid it. Its not blatant 1 to 1 steal like in Imperium's case where they redid some part of the animations. You dont and you never would own a concept of a thumbnail

Maybe you got demonetized because you stole my Atrium channel's thumbnails? YouTube figured that out without anyone reporting it. CC @LouixGilpin who worked mega hard with 10+ thumbnail concepts for each video we do...

This is ridiculous. I'm going to move heaven and earth to fix this. @TeamYouTube wrongly demonetized my channel Jortx on April 17 for "Inauthentic Content." This is CLEARLY AN ERROR and it puts my entire business at risk. - The channel has 5 VIDEOS in 4 months. - Each takes 3+ weeks to produce. - 10-20 day gaps between uploads. This is literally the OPPOSITE of mass-produced. Clearly collateral damage from an automated AI ban wave. Please, just LOOK at my history: • 3+ years on YouTube • Multiple channels, 500K+ subscribers combined • Millions of views, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars generated for YouTube • NOT A SINGLE STRIKE. Ever. • 10+ people depending on this work full-time A single qualified human looking at this account for 30 seconds would immediately see this is a mistake. Instead, all my channels are now at risk because of one false accusation from an algorithm. What I've done: • Public tweet to @TeamYouTube yesterday → replied with a generic automated message that doesn't even address my case • DMs on X → no reply • Formal legal appeal to yt-partner-support@google.com today citing EU Digital Services Act (Articles 14, 15, 17, 20) The response? An automated email sent back 1 SECOND later. Screenshot below ⬇️ AI banning. AI responding. Zero humans. This is exactly what Article 20 DSA exists to prevent. As a European creator, if my case is not properly reviewed by a qualified human, I will escalate under the EU Digital Services Act (Articles 17 & 20) to the Spanish Digital Services Coordinator and the European Commission. @YouTube , this is not optional. It's binding EU law. This goes against common sense AND the law. We need to cut this out at the root, before no one is safe. Please RT and tag @TeamYouTube to the death. Please. Tomorrow it could be YOUR channel. We need a real human to look at this. @Jortx-HQ" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@Jortx-HQ

@noahmorris @boomerrbryan I meant the avatars. I am making avatars myself + vidrush :D. Avatars come out like 8-10 cents per second and I have them fully automated, could even go down to 2-3 cents per second if I dont generate a new video every time. Would gladly chat with you about it

Long form YouTube AI Avatar videos only really work if you can get the cost per video to $20-$50. Only then can you test the quality of the avatar at scale. At the $200 per video range you’re borderline gonna go thousands of dollars in the hole without a return. Problem is video generators for 1 second of avatar cost at least $0.20 Those who figure out how to get realistic avatars at that price range will be the next era of YouTube printers

Just had a major tech breakthrough on vidrush. Main goal for this month is to introduce generative editing meaning it simulates micro decision making the way a real editor would including per video styling, pacing, J & L cuts, A roll, object tracking, verification of subjects and more. The term “Vidrush channel” will soon disappear as you won’t be able to tell the difference. The main focus after this is releasing our talking head feature as I do very much believe that long term most of YouTube faceless will move into a mature stage of having actual hosts on the channels I hope to introduce this mid to end of April 😄

@joonahw And wondered how is that a bad integration bcs I hate when it's just the ad creative of the company and 0% of the creator in it. It's so boring and low effort

A lot of creators are now integrating sponsors into the video like it's part of the content They try to build a bridge and make it look authentic Tbh, I think over time this will hurt your brand more Viewers don't have a problem with a clear cut like hey this is my sponsor blablabla, back to the video Worst case they skip this segment, whatever But if you keep trying to make the sponsor look like part of the content, they lose their trust in you It just feels deceiving when you talk for 15 seconds and then they realize the last 15 seconds were just a bridge to the paid sponsor and you didn't know it For example I listened to a podcast about CEOs and the guy started talking about how important storytelling is At first I thought uhm okay that's a bit random and out of context He explained how the CEO of this episode uses storytelling to sell his product I was confused but okay Then he drops his sponsor, some storytelling website Dude? So the past 30 seconds were an undisclosed ad (or preparing for this ad) Now I listen to this podcast with paid ad ptsd constantly questioning if he's being authentic and saying what he really believes, or preparing a paid ad You need a clear cut between authentic real content and paid promos ESPECIALLY as a creator Whenever you promote something for money (even your own offer), be upfront about it It's much better to have a lower conversion rate on this one promo and keeping the good will of your audience Than to boost conversion by a few % but damaging your brand long term Didn't proof read for spelling sry

You think you’re consistent? I’ve uploaded on days I don’t remember. I’ve edited sick. Uploaded pissed. Uploaded heartbroken. Uploaded when I had NO motivation at all. Most people “create when they feel like it.” I create because I don’t know how NOT to. You’re trying. I’m possessed. That’s the difference.

@jimgorlichyt Yeah, they’ll are but we’ll be introducing cheaper models and we expect prices to go down over subsequent months as economies of scale kick in. You can also save a lot more on yearly plans
