I want everyone condemning the guy to spell out exactly when and how it is OK for men to ask women out. I guarantee a lot of you have an implicit "only swiping apps" rule and don't even know it because the other avenues all closed piecemeal.
Men have to now walk around on eggshells around women when asking them out because they're always afraid it's going to be "harrassment" for the woman. Then women complain men don't ask them out anymore.
