I’m so sorry you had to go through this, Aline. I’m glad to hear that we have Labor Inspectors, but I believe their role should go beyond mediation and include enforcing punitive measures. What happens if the 15-day period passes and the payment is still not made? That’s a key detail missing from this letter. @RwandaLabour
