Power cut and bill are always on time, but whenever power restoration is the matter, always delays, 4 becomes 5, 5 becomes 6.
Every weekend almost 6-8 hours powercut. Absolute 🤡 s running the dept. 6+ hr power cut in so called tier 1 city..pathetic

There has been no power for more than an hour now in 1st cross,BTM layout stage 2.
Any update on when we can expect power back on a weekday?

Cutting power for hours and hours every other day and asking for complaint.
Fix the damn issue properly or hand the job over to someone who can. Idiots.

Almost 6 hours power cut during peak summer and working hours and no communication as to why or when it will be restored. Pathetic.
I have been running btwn jio stores & service centres all day and the best soln I've received is to wait 48-72 hrs.
You expect me to function without incoming/outgoing calls & SMS for 3 days for my primary number? What kind of solution is that?

I recently got a SIM replacement done at a jio store since I was unable to access 5g from my phone.
However since I have changed the sim, I'm unable to send/receive sms even after the stipulated 24 hours are over. The in app chat and cust care is useless.
