Substack is no longer a newsletter platform Used to just be writing. Now it's... -Video -Podcast -Newsletters -Short-form posts -Community management This owned content model disrupts every content platform (even Spotify/Youtube/Apple Podcasts)

Mainstream media wants him dead. Social media platforms hate him (especially Zucks) His platform does $29M/year. Some users even bizarrely earn $1M+ a year. Here's what it is and how it will change social media & creators forever.

Every.Single.Time. It never fails. Every single time I am afraid of something others must think about me, it is actually me thinking that about myself.

@am__issa it's okay because I smash melatonin to knock myself out at night after all the overstimulation 👍

You wake-up look at your phone (1) have a coffee (2) a cigarette break (3) an afterwork drink (4) watch one episode (or a few) (5) while eating some cookies (6) while scrolling on socials (7) go to sleep. 7 addictive behaviors in a single day. Wtf?

many people are frantic in their communication style. like you have to jump on any opportunity to get a word in. you have to speak quickly and loudly so people hear how smart you are. I suspect these are bad habits picked up from certain family dynamics in childhood.

slowing down your communication is such an underrated power move. literally, take more time. more time to listen. longer pauses before you respond. speak slowly and calmly. and if you need people to listen up, lower your voice even further.

I don't know who needs to hear this but you are allowed to fail. You're allowed to completely screw it up, disappoint everyone and not live up to any of your potential. You're even allowed to fail so catastrophically that you die. That's one option and it's honestly fine.

@TylerAlterman I spoke to a medium last week. She said: “you will be part of a group of 13 people working toward the same vibration. Scattered around the world, but you communicate telepathically.” Your words remind me of hers...

They communicate largely nonverbally (especially through nuanced & significant eye contact + spontaneous gesture + whatever “energy” is) or sometimes through short phrases or poetry

Met a lady who knew the secret to manifesting: Don't get attached to one vision – too specific/limiting Instead, visions evoke a powerful feeling. Orient toward that feeling The thread below is a vision I shared with a couple friends, one which creates the feeling that I want👁️

It all comes down to non-resistance. I believe we generally know when it's time to let go, but we resist, we're afraid of the pain. so we hold on until the pain of holding on is greater than the pain of letting go...
Dr. Nicole LePera@Theholisticpsyc

Emotionally healthy people know when to let go. They don’t force. They let behavior speak. They move forward trusting relationships end so that more aligned people can enter their lives.

@TylerAlterman @Vrazumikhin @cursedmargarita And this enriches the group. They are neighbors to each other and live in a tier city (versus a big capital) surrounded by nature. They’re all creators, as well as prophets, in their own way.

@TylerAlterman @Vrazumikhin @cursedmargarita As I write this, the emphasis goes to “chosen family”, “living close to nature” and “creating a new earth, each in their own special way.” They model a new way of being human, and people are inspired to do so too. ✨✨✨

The more you visit the Unseen, the less you’ll crave and need the things of the Seen: material stuff, distractions, empty pleasures.
