🇵🇱 A Polish Member of Parliament asserts that Poland's refusal to accept Muslim migrants makes the country safe, free from crime and terrorism, and insists that this stance is not racist.
While I don't hold any religious beliefs, I find this viewpoint absurd.
There are good and bad people in every religious group—Christian, Muslim, or Jewish.
The key, when accepting migrants, should be to establish criteria that welcome well-educated and morally sound individuals, regardless of their religious background.
If a nation chooses to prohibit a specific religion or ethnicity, it should openly acknowledge this as a discriminatory decision rather than disguising it and playing semantic games.
Comparing Poland to France, the statistics suggest that both economic growth and crime reduction are more positive in France during periods of increased immigration over Poland.
International studies challenge the assumed correlation between crime and immigration.
In France, crime rates have decreased despite a rise in migrants granted asylum, indicating a nuanced relationship.
Similar studies in Germany, the UK, and the U.S. challenge stereotypes associating migration with increased criminal activity:
- A 2019 study in Germany, analyzing the arrival of nearly one million refugees in 2015, concluded that there was no increase in the likelihood of Germans becoming victims of crime.
- A UK study suggests little evidence supporting the theory that foreign nationals are more prone to committing crimes than British citizens.
- A 2020 research in the US found that immigration, both legal and illegal, reduces crime.
Both crime and Migration are complex subjects, and voices seeking to simplify the issue in either way often speak with little understanding.
What’s your stance on immigration?

🚨 BREAKING: EXCLUSIVE IDF INSIGHT ABOUT THE ONGOING OPERATIONS:
The Hamas Command and Control Center has been relocated and improved, situated approximately 80 meters (262 feet) below the surface, extending around and beneath the Al Shifa Hospital. This network is connected by the "Gaza Metro."
The complex beneath the Al Shifa Hospital doesn't directly underlie it but acts as an entry point.
What transpires after entry is uncertain, though there is a comprehensive understanding of their connections
"The visible entrance contributes to a narrative aligning with a victim doctrine."
There are three Israeli divisions currently operating in Gaza.
The IDF estimates that the clearance of most of northern Gaza will be completed within 2 to 3 weeks.
It is further estimated that the IDF will maintain a presence in Northern Gaza for approximately one year.
Both underground and above-ground searches are actively taking place by the IDF.

Ya know, watching the mass protests, the violence, the antisemitism, Israelis and Jews around the world are very worried and very scared.
We feel very alone. It feels like everyone is turning against us.
The thing is, in my head, I know that’s not true.
But in my heart, it feels that way.
For my own sanity, I’m curious how many of you, the people reading this tweet, stand unequivocally with Israel and our right to defend ourselves and the world from Hamas.
If you fall under the category and are 100% with us in this dark time, may I trouble you to just reply to this tweet with a “me”, or a 🇮🇱?
This is for me but it’s also for the millions of Jews around the world who feel deeply alone.
I’d love to show this to them and show them that we’re absolutely not alone.
A simple “me” or 🇮🇱 would be highly appreciated.
🙏

@The_khemist @MarioNawfal Very good question that you should ask @Israel .They have a long history (75+ years) of detaining kids prisoners, torturing and murdering them. Way before Oct 7th. And while I pray for this little girl to get back home safely, no child derserves war, hope it answers your question

🚨 PARENTS WERE RELIEVED SHE WAS DEAD RATHER THAN HOSTAGE WITH HAMAS | NOW FIND OUT SHE’S ALIVE AS HOSTAGE
- Emily Hand, an eight-year-old Irish-Israeli girl, was initially believed to have been killed by Hamas in Kibbutz Be'eri.
- Her father, Thomas Hand, had expressed relief at the thought of her death, fearing how she might be treated by Hamas.
- Shockingly, her family has now been informed by Israeli authorities that Emily is likely being held hostage by Hamas in the besieged Gaza Strip.
- Her sister, Natalie Hand, expressed the family's love and longing for Emily and stated that they are doing everything to bring her home.
- Her Father's earlier preference for her death over potential captivity by Hamas reflects the family's worst fears now realized.
'She was either dead, or in Gaza. And if you know anything about what they do to people in Gaza, that is worse than death... So death was a blessing. An absolute blessing.'
