College lacrosse happens this month.

The qualities that make the best players don’t happen in competition. It’s discipline, dedication, commitment, mindset, toughness. It's diet, rest, weight room, watching film. Your skills may not be perfect, but off the court habits are a huge separator. Great habits = big gains!

There’ll come a day when you won’t be able to play the sport you love, when you have to give up something that has given you opportunities you never thought possible, taken you places/taught you things you never imagined & long been part of your life. Savor every moment!
