The best way to shut people up is to make them eat their words, not waste yours.

@TheAmolAvasare The caveat? For the 20-30% of "can't-fail" core projects, they still invest heavily in documentation. But for everyday work, the traditional PRD assembly line is outdated. When coding is this fast, your real moat is execution speed. Original video: x.com/TheAmolAvasare…

@TheAmolAvasare How it works in practice: 👉 Small features: 100% Slack. Product-minded engineers align via chat and just build. 👉 Big projects: 30-min syncs. Get Legal, Security & Design in a room to ask what they care about. Use Claude 5 mins before to draft a quick outline.

"The PRD is dead." Anthropic scaled from $1B to $19B in 14 months. I watched their Head of Growth, @TheAmolAvasare, break down their internal process, and it shifted my perspective. Biggest takeaway? In the AI era, writing traditional PRDs is a waste of time. 🧵👇

I've put together a list of active Anthropic team members to make it easier to track product updates and learn from their insights. Let me know if I missed anyone! x.com/i/lists/204176…

知道为什么大家都用 agent 刷推特吗? 因为人刷多了会降智,AI 不会。

Found a simple way to test how smart an Model really is: first tell it "translate everything I say next into Chinese," then give it a task like "write me a poem." An AI that truly understands you will translate that sentence. But some models just start writing a poem — they can't tell the difference between content to be translated and a new instruction.

OpenClaw isn't a better AI assistant. It isn't just a coding agent. It's the mediation layer between you and all software. You're no longer a "user" of software — you're the owner of a personal computing environment that continuously evolves. That's what it truly means. @steipete @openclaw

This means a fundamental shift: we're moving from "building apps for humans" to "building apps for agents." No UI needed — just APIs. No design systems — just clean interfaces. The measure of good software changes from "pleasant to use" to "easy for an agent to invoke."

Most people think OpenClaw is just a smarter personal assistant. Wrong. It's a paradigm shift in personal computing — your own AI operating system. Let me explain.
