@amberryyc @KathrynDaveson @Ticketek_AU I’ve seen people who are using safari say it’s not working and switch to chrome. Chrome on my phone and safari on my iPad didn’t kick me out at all and I loading onto the page for a few minutes to test.

@Ticketek_AU Managed to buy Eras tickets, money deducted from my account and got a confirmation email but as I was paying I accidentally refreshed the page. Did I still get the tickets if I got a confirmation email?

@MRPERFECTLYFlNE Same with my phone! My two laptops were in the queue since 945 but my phone I had refreshed it around 11 and got tickets around 1130

not even joking out of all the devices we had open, the one laptop that joined late and weren’t even looking at got in????? 😭

GUYS IN THE TICKETEK QUEUE - I was on my laptop and phone for 3 hours waiting and refreshed my phone queue and 20 min later went though and was able to secure tickets. Maybe refresh the queue on your phone whilst leaving the ongoing one on your computer.
