@BarnesJewish Some time back in October (approximately October 10th -17th, 2025), my MIL was receiving care at Barnes when she overheard one of the nurses in x-rays/Radiology use the most horrific racial slur for a black person to multiple people (other staff) openly. 1/

This is totally unacceptable and I’ve attempted to ensure this is addressed twice already by contacting the hospital directly and leaving messages to no avail, first with a “patient liaison”, then “risk management”. No response from either and no action has been taken. 2/
