@tesco the refund I received for substituted items I returned from my click and collect order is incorrect, how do I get my full refund? I sent an email but the response from Tesco was you are too busy to answer emails.

@AldiUK No @aldi I don’t have my receipt, I won’t be buying these crisps again, every bag in that multipack had a similar quantity of crisps.

@marksandspencer I bought T02/6328W, I saw 02704920 online, they look exactly the same except width. What is the difference apart from size?

@marksandspencer why are the Chelsea boots I bought on Saturday in store £10 more expensive than those online? Apart from width fitting they are exactly the same and you don’t charge different prices for length.

@pizzahutdeliver how do I get a refund on a pizza delivery that took over 2 and a half hours? Just turned the delivery guy away as our guests had gone home. Chelmsford Duke Street branch.
