Happy Birthday, my brother, my friend, and my senior. Today, I celebrate not just your life, but the incredible role you’ve played in mine. Through every struggle, especially during my NUGS campaign, you stood by me firmly offering guidance, encouragement, and strength when I needed it most. In moments of doubt and pressure, you were the one I could always run to, complain to, and still find clarity and reassurance. I’m deeply grateful for your presence in my life. You’ve been more than a senior you’ve been a pillar, a confidant, and a true brother. Your support has shaped me in ways I can’t fully express. As you add another year, I pray for more wisdom, strength, and greater heights for you. May everything you pour into others return to you in abundance. Enjoy your day @ArsenalNery

The United Nations General Assembly has adopted a historic resolution, tabled by Ghana on behalf of the African Group, formally declaring the transatlantic slave trade and racialised chattel enslavement of Africans as the gravest crime against humanity. #3NewsGH #TV3GH

At the center of the farm’s irrigation strategy is a 23-acre reservoir with a storage capacity of 1.2 million cubic metres of water, forming the backbone of a water management system designed to stabilize cultivation cycles in a region where rainfall variability can affect traditional farming patterns. Beyond cultivation, the farm has also invested heavily in post-harvest systems. Its processing complex includes a rice mill with a capacity of three tonnes per hour, supported by a dryer, an ultra-modern warehouse, and silo storage capable of holding 1,300 metric tonnes of paddy rice. Together, these facilities allow the farm to move beyond primary production into value addition, strengthening the agricultural value chain and reducing post-harvest losses. The results are already becoming visible in the fields. Current yields are averaging 3.5 tonnes of rice per acre, reflecting the benefits of improved seed selection, irrigation, and modern cultivation methods implemented across the farm. Please do well to follow our new X handle @NobiAgriculture 🙏

The team at Nobi Agriculture was deeply honored to host His Excellency President John Mahama and the Minister of Food and Agriculture, Honorable Eric Opoku at our Sikasu farm in the Afram Plains, where we gave our distinguished guests a front row view on the future of Ghanaian Food Security. His Excellency and the Honorable Minister toured our crop research institute, our irrigation systems, rice fields, warehouse, silos and rice processing facilities. Nobi Agriculture is boldly charting the path for His Excellency's vision of the Volta Economic Corridor Project and the 24 Hour Economy Initiative. The journey is just beginning...

Farming remains humanity’s oldest, most essential, and most sustainable profession,a true calling rooted in love, faith, and hope, and guided by God. In 2025, this remarkable agricultural journey continues under the leadership of Chief Farmer Kwame Awuah-Darko, overseeing expansive operations: over 8,000 acres of rice paddies, extensive net-house chili pepper cultivation, and vast soybean fields. With harvests now maturing and key commodities ready for the market, this initiative stands poised to make a significant contribution toward reducing food insecurity in Ghana. A state-of-the-art rice mill, capable of processing up to three tonnes of paddy rice per hour, reflects the scale and ambition of the enterprise. The farm’s infrastructure includes a massive reservoir,225 meters in diameter and 4 meters high, designed to hold 1.2 million cubic meters of fresh water. This resource will irrigate more than 10,000 acres of Nobi farmlands, ensuring sustainable, year-round production. Launched four years ago, this bold private initiative continues to align with national development priorities championed by John Dramani Mahama, contributing to food security, exchange rate stability, job creation, and broader economic growth. The private sector remains a key engine of progress, with indigenous entrepreneurs playing a critical role in driving both qualitative and quantitative development. This stands as a defining milestone in Ghana’s private sector, with Chief Farmer Kwame Awuah-Darko at the forefront of shaping history through agriculture and strengthening the nation’s food systems. ENDS!🇬🇭
