We're happy to announce that on the 23 May the High Court approved our New Business Scheme. We'd like thank all those who took their time to understand and vote on our Scheme proposals.

A Scheme update! Today is our Second Court Hearing where the High Court will decide whether or not they wish to approve one of our scheme proposals. The hearing is due to last two days, but may be shorter. It could take days or weeks for the court to make a decision.

Today is your last opportunity to have your say and vote on the Schemes online, you have up until 5pm! Vote on our Scheme website now amigoscheme.co.uk

We have had some customers unsure if they can vote on both Schemes. The answer is yes you can! If you think you've got a claim go to amigoscheme.co.uk to vote on both our proposed Schemes.

Amigo recommends creditors vote 'for' both schemes, because in the event the New Business Scheme does not get approved, wind-down is better than administration. If creditors approve both Schemes, we will only go ahead with the New Business Scheme as it provides the best outcome

We're aware of a small number of customers receiving an error when trying to log in to vote, and would like to apologise to anybody who's been affected. We've put together an FAQ to help anyone affected on how to best successfully log in and vote - amigoscheme.co.uk/faqs

Important update to our customers: The First Court Hearing for our new Schemes will now take place on 8 March 2022. During this Court Hearing we will be asking the High Court for permission to invite customers to vote on our Scheme proposals.

@amigoloans where and how can we make a claim to get the money back you robbed of us ? Or is the scheme not up and running yet you bent cunts ?

guarantor yet you have failed to respond to her and now emailing her to make payment as the person who took the initial loan appears to be ignoring communication. Can you give me a contact number or go via DM as this needs sorting asap 2/2

@amigoloans Hi. Quick question. On your website you state you need to be at least 23 to be a guarantor on an Amigo loan yet you allowed my daughter last year who aged 21 and grieving the loss of her Mum, to be one. She has since notified you of this and to be removed as 1/2
