Today I'm breaking down step by step how to build a UGC campaign from scratch. this is the exact system I use at CFN Studio | UGC Ads across every client we work with. 100M+ views generated. 20+ VC-backed startups scaled. here's everything from A to Z. it starts with one question. what does your customer feel right before they need your product? that feeling is your hook. everything else follows. the system runs on 4 pillars: 1. The Hook the first 3 seconds of every video is where 80% of campaign performance lives. we write 8-10 hook variants before briefing a single creator. most brands write one. that's why most campaigns fail. example hook that worked for a consumer app: "I haven't opened Google Maps in 3 weeks." 2. The Brief most agencies send a one paragraph brief. ours tells the creator the exact hook, what to show on screen, what emotion to trigger, what the CTA is, and what a great version looks like before anyone hits record. a great brief turns an average creator into a top performer. 3. The Creator not influencers. not actors. real people who look natural on camera and genuinely fit the product. we source from Sideshiftt, social platforms, and our own roster. we pay fast and we pay well. that's how you get the best work back. 4. The Testing Engine one video proves nothing. we run hook variants, angle variants, and creator variants simultaneously. we kill what doesn't perform in the first 48 hours. we scale what does immediately. the winning creative is almost never in the first batch. a few formats that work for almost every campaign: • before and after content • founder or user reaction videos • raw demo with a strong pain point hook • problem callout that makes the viewer feel seen a few things that work for almost every brief: • case studies from real users • social proof moments • build in public content showing the product live • personal background of why the founder built it one last thing. this system is a living document. what worked last month might not work next month. the data tells you everything if you're paying attention. the brands that follow this consistently find a winning format within 3 to 4 weeks. the ones that skip steps wonder why UGC doesn't work for them.

33k views in one week on my fresh X account. I grew many X accounts in different niches: Trading niche: @SMTAMINE AI Niche: @amineobeidat X is just like any other platform; priorities volume. I post every free second I have. If Im waiting for my friend, chilling at the pool whenever.... This is the same philosophy I apply when it comes to UGC: > Hire 10-30 creators > Test +600 videos > Run 5-7 format This is how you get data and better outcomes. Don't do anything small. ALL ON SCALE.

Every company be like: > Build a great product > Procrastinating marketing > Copes by building more > Ignores my DM to build their GTM system > Notices that marketing is needed > Dms us back Don't be like this, if you are building a cool product don't let it die by not investing into marketing.

I ran up two businesses when I was in School having to: - study - manage clients - post on social media. - get in shape Looking back it was one of the best times in my life, I was so busy and that's what I loved. I don't want to have free time and hang around, I get stressed. If Im not working, I need to go gym. There is always something to do. I only need 1h a day where I do nothing but anything over that is a waste of time. Im so excited, there are new opportunities everyday with ai and the whole change in how we work. Blessed to be living.

Some of y'all suck at marketing wtf... How can you be at $200k MRR or even raised $5M and post ai generated content or generic ai scripts.. Most technical founders just need me to handle their GTM because they will keep building and "improving" the product and never market it.

Becoming a founder has become an aesthetic instead of actual hard work. I've talked to many founders and most of them and their team try too look productive and hop on meetings etc... to feel and look productive. What would work better is to take the whole team to the mountains of kyrgyzstan and lock them in to build and ship.

I've seen some UGC videos on my TL recently which are sooo bad but somehow they worked. I feel so dumb and brainrotted after seeing what some founders pull off when it comes to UGC but that's the exact thing that attracts rational buyers for an app or business they don't actually need.

I noticed that most VC startups mostly get the funding because the founders are cracked and have a crazy background. Investors are not actually betting on the idea itself (To some degree) rather they invest into the founders to make this something big.

brands are still paying influencers $10k for one post in 2026 and wondering why it's not converting i broke down exactly why UGC creators are winning and influencers are losing 👇 > why follower count means nothing anymore >what actually drives conversions on meta and tiktok >the cost difference between the two (it's not even close) >why brands doing high volume UGC are printing right now full breakdown in the video below ↓

Sometimes you just have to force things so they actually happen. If your outreach strategy is not working, force it to work, make it impossible to fail. If you are getting fat and out of shape, force it to lose weight. All it takes is the balls to do it.
