@flipkartsupport worst service and worst customer service. I ordered an AC which was delivered on 19th May and the installation was to be done by 21st May. It wasn't done but when I contacted flipkart they said they'll do it by 23

And then on 23rd today they are saying they'll do it by 25th. And they're the AC can't be returned because it can only be replaced, and it can be replaced only if it's defective. And we'll know if it's defective only when the technician comes to install it.
