A man assaulted a four-year-old after a minor dispute with the boy's father by slamming him to the ground in Maharashtra's Vasai on Monday, March 30. The incident took place in a housing society and was captured on CCTV. The footage shows the boy, identified as Vignesh, in a yellow shirt, sitting in an idle auto-rickshaw while he plays with other children. The accused, Sandeep Pawar, approached Vignesh and pulled him out of the vehicle by his legs and threw him on the ground
