#CabinetDecisions: The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, has approved One Nation One Subscription, a new Central Sector Scheme for providing nationwide access to scholarly research articles and journal publications. The scheme will be implemented through a simple, user-friendly, and fully digital process. This facility will be accessible to government higher education institutions and R&D laboratories under the central government. A total of nearly Rs. 6,000 crore has been allocated for the Scheme for 3 calendar years, 2025, 2026 and 2027.

It’s been 18 days since Diwali now and the AQi is crossing maximum limit. The AQI on the next day of Diwali in Delhi was around 300 and 18 days later the situation is just worst. The politicians keep banning Diwali crackers to control pollution when they very well know that it’s not the crackers, it’s the stubble burning which chokes Delhi-NCR during November-December. Yet, these politicians do absolutely nothing about the causes behind this pollution. Most of the politicians’ kids study in some IB school abroad and they themselves live in Lutyens, surrounded by lush greens and expensive air purifiers even in their toilets. They give absolute zero f***s about the common citizens. They know that the public will cry for a few days and then they’ll get used to it, like every year in the past. They will do gimmicks of Odd-even or shutting down schools or spraying water by cannons to reduce pollution but we all know, it’s just done near spots where AQI readers are installed, to fool the reports. When the common citizens keep breathing toxic air which is reducing their life span by more than a decade. Little kids and elderly are unable to breathe, there’s coughing everywhere. But these politicians are busy blaming one another. And let’s accept it, this post is going to do absolutely nothing. No matter how much you share this post, it’ll bring zero difference, the people in power won’t care. So the purpose of posting this placard today is to remind you all that you are just a mere vote bank for these politicians. You keep choosing them over petty freebies and in return they’re giving you toxic air to breathe and foam filled water to drink.
