Remote design team, finally IRL.
Met the rango.design crew for the first time last week. Turned an Airbnb into a full-blown design cave, laptops on every surface, snacks of questionable nutritional value, someone definitely working from the floor.
We explored, went on an off-site, ate meals together, touched grass, and hiked some hills.
10/10 would recommend mixing design sprints with real-life hikes.
