This is worst service of @JioCare. Having been troubled by mobile service for years,I have ported it to AirTel.Now it is turn of air fiber.Almost everyone in my place has left Jio's AirFiber & taking services from other companies. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

Jio fools its customers every day. I am very upset with its poor service. I have already contacted @JioCare. The answer seems ridiculous. In such a situation, should I take help of consumer forum? Or is @DoT_India @JM_Scindia & other mechanisms also working

Jio's service is so poor & bad that internet is zero & calls are bad, the funny thing is that if you complain to @JioCare, they make nonsense excuse. There is no point in complaining. Due to this, I have ported my Jio number to Airtel, now it is the turn of Air Fiber.@DoT_India

@JioCare After being troubled with the Jio number for months, I finally gave up and ported my Jio number to Airtel. Now I was expecting this poor answer from you. Now I am fed up with Jio's air fiber. I am willing to switch to Airtel WiFi without any complaints
