Officially submitted the last of my clinical psych PhD applications today. SO thankful for all the people who have helped me and supported me in this process. Now my reward is constant anxiety until March but I’m excited for whatever comes next😊

@iloveitaly @eugenemarinelli Processed/added sugar has not been implicated in metabolic issues short or long term. There is not “good” and “bad” sugar.
See this review that synthesizes systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and RCTs examining added sugar and health consequences.

@eugenemarinelli Interesting. Does this hold true outside of a workout?
i.e. orange juice w/o pulp is very high in sugar which would seem to cause metabolic issues over time.
What am I missing?

Fruit juice is actually fine, very lindy, has hormonal benefits, great after a workout.

Findings suggest that PHP and IOP are relatively effective in virtual format. Providing effective virtual options may help improve access to care for EDs.

We found that despite differences in baseline symptomatology, the degree of change from admission to discharge was comparable for both virtual and in-person treatments.
