ᅠ Great. Just great,’ Carolina thought, a sigh escaping her lips. ‘I knew this castle was big, but nobody warned me the layout changes every five minutes. How am I supposed to memorize anything?’ ᅠ

ᅠ Now, she was standing in a quiet, dusty hallway filled with whispering portraits that stared at her with amusement. There was no sign of the savory aroma of pumpkin juice, nor the quiet rustle of parchment. ᅠ

ᅠ ‘I swear this was leading straight to the ground floor a minute ago,’ Carolina thought, frustration tightening in her chest as she stepped off onto an unfamiliar, tapestry-lined corridor. ‘Where on earth am I?’ ᅠ

ᅠ She had only been walking for a few minutes when she encountered the grand staircases. Just as she stepped onto one, the stone flight began to rumble. To her horror, it slowly swung away, disconnecting from her original destination and locking onto a different landing. ᅠ

ᅠ The morning after the Sorting Ceremony, Carolina confidently stepped out of the dungeons. Her plan was simple: find the Great Hall for a breakfast, or perhaps locate the Library to get a head start on her readings. Instead, Hogwarts decided to play its favorite trick. ᅠ

ᅠ And that is how I found my little magic today. ᝰ.ᐟ ᅠ
