@Amy_Fleming Amy I have just seen your piece from the Guardian re nitrates in bacon. We were probably the first company in the U.K. to make bacon without using E251 and E252 since 2004. All of the pork we use is sourced from @BlythburghPork a few miles from Emmett’s. Totally natural bacon!
