@DalgetySusan It shouldn’t have been up. You’ve taken it down after a lot of people viewed it. Filming children without their consent and putting it on social media is wrong! If safety is your concern, posting a film of children you don’t know on social media isn’t the way to keep them safe.

I have taken down the film of the large group of kids on Haymarket station as there is no need for it to stay up. I hope they all enjoyed the gig and importantly got home safely. To those who suggested I was a killjoy because I was concerned about the risk of someone falling on to the track, and that ScotRail staff couldn’t manage the situation, thanks for sharing your views with me. But I wonder if you would have had the same reaction if it had been a large group of 20 year-old lads swigging beer and stopping people from moving along the platform.

@DalgetySusan @ScotRail Maybe don’t film children and share it on social media without their consent! If you had genuine safety concerns you could raise this without putting a film of their faces on social media. You don’t know these teenagers or how upsetting this may be to them, or their parents

A heavy heart on my #dailymile but as ever running outdoors is a salve to me. My mum passed away yesterday, peacefully & with myself & my sister Fiona by her side. Mum was one of the first babies born in the NHS & it saw her from the cradle to the grave❤️ Stay strong folks x
