My biennial PSA ahead of Texas polls closing: The cities tend to count faster than the rural areas, so I'd heed caution before drawing big conclusions.

Scenes from Chicago today: @DemConvention HQ celebrated with sheet cake as @IamMinyon officially certified VP @KamalaHarris and Gov. @Tim_Walz as our party's nominees. Just 13 days until Democrats convene at the United Center to tell the story of the Harris-Walz ticket 🇺🇸

Vote .org just announced a nearly 700% increase in daily voter registrations — more than 38,500 new registrations — in the 48-hour period following President Biden's announcement. This figure marks the single largest number of voter registrations over a 48-hour period during the 2024 cycle. Younger voters between 18 and 34 accounted for 83% of new registrations.

The investments generated by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law will create jobs and transform Louisiana by improving roads and bridges, expanding access to broadband, strengthening our coastal infrastructure, updating water systems, and advancing our Climate Action Plan. #lagov

At #KMF2023 "I do believe that we are at a critical, seminal moment in the arc of American history." Our founding fathers believed that citizens need access to facts. And speaking as a capitalist, nevertheless, our capitalist system rewards lies and disinformation. @darrenwalker

Thanks to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, we’re making the most significant investment in modernizing our roads and bridges since the Interstate Highway System was built under President Eisenhower.

Imagine a supremely qualified SCOTUS nominee with two Harvard degrees with honors, a SCOTUS clerkship for the justice they'd replace, and two years as a federal judge. (That's Chief Justice John Roberts.) Ketanji Brown Jackson has all of that, plus seven more years as a judge.

I’m proud to announce that I am nominating Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to serve on the Supreme Court. Currently serving on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, she is one of our nation’s brightest legal minds and will be an exceptional Justice. WhiteHouse.gov/KBJ

It’s 2022. Maybe the first speaker of your DEI programming doesn’t need to be a white male, even if he hands it off quickly. As a leader, it’s just as important to know when not to speak first, when not to speak last, and when not to speak at all and create space.
