@beckycarlzon @amykirk1234 My current job is pushing me to think more, learn more. I am feeling challenged in a positive way. I think being in a high challenge and high support requires both the leader and team members to create a safe cushioning where communication is easier and taking risks is simpler.

When you aren’t accustomed to failure early on, it becomes unbearably threatening when it finally does happen (and it will always happen). Such an important component of providing for especially capable learners

Failure, in my opinion, is one of the most important experiences we can provide students. That goes double for our highest achievers who may not be accessing this crucial experience regularly elsewhere.
