No. The advocate is not Jesus Himself physically returning to earth. The passage explicitly identifies the advocate as the Holy Spirit. John 14:26 literally says: “But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name…” That is not ambiguous. And your position still creates a contradiction: you trust parts of the Gospel when they appear to support Islam but reject the parts about the crucifixion, resurrection, and divinity of Christ as “corrupted” On what basis? What survived and what didn’t? Who corrupted it? When? Where is the original uncorrupted Gospel? Why do all surviving manuscripts already contain these doctrines? And yes, I have read both the Old and New Testament. That is precisely why I know Islam does not fit naturally into the biblical narrative. ✝️

You say Jesus came to guide people through the Gospel - but the Gospel repeatedly teaches: the crucifixion the resurrection Jesus as the Son of God So either: Jesus taught those things, or the Gospel became corrupted immediately and Allah failed to preserve the message. You cannot appeal to “the Gospel” while rejecting its central claims. And the “someone sent after me” verse is about the Holy Spirit in context, not Muhammad. Christians were reading that passage 600 years before Islam existed.

The entire point of Christianity is that many Jews rejected Jesus as the Messiah while others accepted Him and became the first Christians. Disagreement from Jews is not evidence against Christianity any more than disagreement from Christians is evidence against Islam. And again, “Son of God” in Christianity is not biological reproduction. You keep arguing against a caricature rather than the actual doctrine.
