Posted a tweet that buses weren’t stopping at the bus bay and were blocking the road instead. Today there’s a person deployed just to make sure every bus pulls into the bay properly. He’s even asking autos parked in the bay to move and making space for buses and passengers. Credit where it’s due, despite all the complaints we have, @MtcChennai actually acted on it. Sometimes one tweet really does make a difference. @prabhusean7

Booked LPG refill on March 6. Invoice generated on March 7. After that, complete silence for 3 weeks. No delivery. No call. No attempt. Then on March 28, @IndianOilcl suddenly starts marking: “Door Closed.” Not once. Repeatedly. And then cancels the order as “Returned Thrice.” Three attempts? You didn’t even show up once. I have CCTV footage proving no delivery was ever attempted. And frankly, I don’t care how much is being donated to PM CARES funds by you people, but basic accountability to customers is clearly missing. This is not incompetence. This is lying on record. @IndaneUpdates @PetroleumMin Explain this.
