When I was young(er), I played Final Fantasy VIII. It was probably the most important turning point in my life. I was obsessed with Eyes on Me (and Squall). Probably developed an attachment to music (and the strong silent type) because of it.

Guys this is just marketing and placebo. Your skin cannot "absorb" magnesium for any clinical effect. Mg has to be taken orally (dark choc, avocado etc.) 2-3 hrs prior to sleep, peak The better sleep probably from the hot water placebo. Don't fall for this.
