@awesomebrandi I was taught to "power through" overwhelming things and that hurts me longer-term; so it's less "how much needs done before relaxing" & more "do I need rest or peace before working?" Sometimes a walk, a snack, or a nap; others, it's being done for the day- resetting emotionally.

strategies for ensuring mental health therapy provision works for autistic people. Many autistic adults in this group cannot or do not access social care, housing provision and aren't known to health care providers - we simply fall between the cracks and will continue to do so.
