@chrischameleon 240 Chars is enough to miscommunicate. What I mean is that the subtitles don't match the speech. But also, you're comment isn't untrue. He's literally using that to paint the poverty he's caused for his people as "resilience and defence against the evil west". I saw the sarcasm.

@chrischameleon I was thinking 20 minutes was, "not in line with reality", he'd definitely have been in the world record space at ±118 (4th). I think the learning is that statistics allude not prove. A hot dog is said to "cost" 36 min, a peanut butter sandwich +33, chicken wings −3.3 minutes.
