@maxdubler Is there a trick to reaching the Muni charters team? I’m having trouble getting my email replied to, and their number goes to voicemail. (I’m planning to charter an F line car in Feb.)

A lot of people don’t know that you can charter a private F Market streetcar and have a mobile party on the streets of San Francisco with several dozen of your friends.

@dinosaurrparty Morro Bay / Morro Rock. It’s a small area so you don’t have to spend all day there, and they have an old timey cape cod / saltwater taffy type of shop that’s actually good!

@jamin It’s called the service recovery paradox. I’ve got some citations I can send you, but they’re not strictly about NPS.

I just told someone that data shows negative experiences that companies turn positive through support channels are one of the best drivers of strong NPS. But I can't find the research. Did I make that up? Do you know what I'm talking about? #CX #NPS #servicedesign
