It’s the next morning and I’m still thinking about this?? As someone who grew up in NJ and spent a lot of childhood visits eating pizza in NYC, once I had to go gluten-free I thought I’d never experience that nostalgic slice shop experience ever again. I’m so happy!

Genuinely what do I do if someone I became social media friends with 20 years ago in my early college days appears to now be experiencing a very public psychotic break? I haven’t spoken to him face to face since maybe 2009. I don’t know his friends or family; (1/2)

You know, I foolishly thought that maybe I had experienced a lifetime’s worth of medical trauma going through cancer treatment, but the thing is: there’s always room for more medical trauma 🫠
