@Leftovers_Movie I’ve had plenty of doctors with Good bedside manner and some with Bad bedside manner but she’s the first with Strange bedside manner and I need more of it!!

@andreaberting The nurse at the mammogram place said “get ready cuz now we’re gonna do some weird stuff” when they recalled me and it was the ideal bedside manner for that moment.

I think I’ve said this before but my new gynecologist brings Big Weirdo Energy (complimentary) to all my appointments in a way I really love and tbh all of my other doctors need to step it up

I’m waiting on a Blacklist evaluation that’s delayed (got a free month of hosting for it) and I just have a feeling that it’s going to arrive in my inbox while I’m under anesthesia on Tuesday afternoon

I know that the pandemic fucked with my sense of time passing but I just realized that my dog is actually about to turn 11 instead of 10 like I've been saying lately and I feel like an asshole for missing her tenth birthday! She doesn't know what a birthday is but still!!!

As a Millennial who has a lot of Gen Z coworkers, I’ve found that I’m able to keep up with some slang better than others in my age cohort. But one word has finally bested me: “mogged” I can’t figure it out from context clues and frankly I do not care!

@TheKylieChi Thank you! So “to mog” someone is good but “to be mogged” is bad?

@andreaberting Yeah it is! It means like being outshone by someone. I feel like I usually only see lookmaxxers and people orbiting around that attitude using it (or people parodying them), so it’s usually for pretty shallow things like looks or being more of an “alpha”

@andreaberting Are you referring to scripts for your cast for staged readings? A lot of actors like the light weight binders, three hole punch.

There’s something about helping your celebrity coworkers make decisions on their outfits for the Emmys that makes the 20 hour waking period worth it somehow (I am so cool, so suave, so fancy, so so so so tired)

Waking up in Los Angeles and going straight from the airport to my theater job in downtown Chicago makes me feel like a very cool and chic jetsetter But also, fuck I’m tired lmao
