I found a book with a fun, old-school vibe. Stacy DeKeyser’s How to Catch a Polar Bear takes place in 1948. It’s clever, amusing and great for 8-12 year olds who want to read about independent kids in the summer of ’48. Check it out! @adamsLiterary @simonschuster @SimonKIDS
