I write this with a heavy heart, my beautiful amazing friend @boweliekate sadly passed away on Saturday 17th September.  Her treatment was stopped on the 5th Sept due to increased progression on her latest scans.  She was admitted into hospital on 9th Sept with a collapsed lung.
